Starter gets you all the same tools but with lower limits — 100 vs 500 monitored links, 5 vs 25 AI Prospect scans, 50 vs 500 email lookups. Pro also unlocks the Outreach Sequencer (multi-step campaigns with AI follow-ups), Reports, daily link checks, and 3 team seats. Most active solo SEOs land on Pro.
You picked a plan when you started the trial — that's what you'll be billed on day 15. You can downgrade to Free, switch to a cheaper paid tier, or cancel before day 14 to avoid charges. We send a reminder email 48 hours before.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancellations stop billing immediately and you keep access until end of period.
Yes. Backlixo uses Paddle as the merchant of record — they automatically calculate and collect VAT, GST, and sales tax for every country. The price you see is what you pay (tax added at checkout based on your location).
